Privacy Policy

IP Addresses and Logging
Our policy is simple: We never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. The security of your personal information is very important to us and we are committed to protecting the information we collect. CoreMatrix has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our website.

CoreMatrix’s server logs information about visitors, including IP addresses date/time visited, referring website, length of stay, etc. This information is used for site statistics only. When you visit the CoreMatrix.com website, we capture the internet provider’s domain name and country that you came from (e.g., ‘aol.com’) and the paths taken as you move from page to page within our site (i.e., your “click stream” activity).

We collect the domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web page; the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, as well as information volunteered by the visitor, such as preferences, survey information and/or site registrations??.

The information we collect is used only by CoreMatrix internally for marketing purposes. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information (including proprietary information) that we maintain about them.

Ad Servers: To try and bring you offers that are of interest to you, we have relationships with other companies that we allow to place ads on our Web pages. As a result of your visit to our site, ad server companies may collect information such as your domain type, your IP address, and click stream information. For further information, consult the privacy policies of Google.

If our information practices change at some time in the future: we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
