As a Salesforce.com consulting partner, CoreMatrix Systems is expanding our consulting practice this year and we need your expertise! We have several openings throughout the U.S. for Technical Architects.

Job Description

In Technical Architect role, you will be responsible for integrating salesforce.com with other systems and to work with the team to develop custom extensions to the salesforce.com product. In this capacity the Technical Architect will be an expert in salesforce.com integration and extension, features, designing solutions, using the salesforce.com API, APEX and other tools that extend the product. You must be able to lead a technical requirements gathering session, write requirements and technical architecture documents and manage the team and integration efforts. You must also have strong experience managing client expectations and scope.

A year or more of hands on development experience with the salesforce.com API and completion of several salesforce.com integration projects in a development and lead technical role is strongly desired, but not a requirement. Vertical market experience in Life Sciences, Media & Communications, High Tech Manufacturing or Financial Services a plus.

Required Skills/Experience

• Integration experience with XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, and ASP environments. A thorough understanding of XML, SQL, and enterprise application integration.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP and enterprise integration tools.
• Experience with top-tier consulting organizations and strong client-facing skills.
• 5-10 years managing development and integration projects.
• Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.

You must be able to travel regionally, nationally and/or abroad.
