Job Description
As a Project Manager, your primary focus will be leading a team of consultants in enabling customers to adopt, use and successfully deploy salesforce.com. You will bring a strong blend of skills and experience in both business analysis and project management. You will function as a trusted advisor to the customer steering board, project management and project delivery team. You will be engaged at senior / executive levels in providing recommendations and proactive best practice advice through all phases of the implementation life cycle.
Responsibilities
The successful candidates’ responsibilities will include the following:

Manage high visibility and strategic accounts, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and success with CoreMatrix.
- Lead a business analysis and requirements track / team, providing direction to and mentoring other business analysis resources.
- Provide prompt and complete resolution to issues, aligning both business and technical considerations.
- Provide proactive best practice guidance to the customer's steering board, project and management teams.
- Act as a client advocate within CoreMatrix.
- Serve as an escalation point of contact for client issues, pro-actively leading issues through to resolution.
- Provide timely account status reporting to both customers and CoreMatrix management.
- Engage with customer business owners to drive customer success and optimization of the application.
- Proactively identify and implement application solutions and enhancements.
- Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of the CoreMatrix consulting team, contributing to the knowledgebase.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), in related functional and technical areas
- Establish strong relationships with clients, partners and internal resources (e.g. sales, co-workers, management).
Required Skills/Experience
- B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.
- Background and experience gained in top-tier consulting organizations Strong client-facing consultative skills, able to act as a customer advocate.
- Five to ten years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems integration.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP.
- Willingness to travel (Approximately 50%).
Desired Skills/Experience
- A year or more of hands-on experience with the salesforce.com requirements gathering and customization.
- Completion of several salesforce.com projects in lead business analysis and project management roles.
